Registration confirmation will be sent to your email within 3 business days.

Early Bird rates apply to participants who complete payment within the Early Bird Payment period, which will be announced following the Notification of Acceptance on 30 September 2026. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) for Thai participants and US Dollars (USD) for international participants.

Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email with an electronic receipt will be sent automatically. Participants who require a printed receipt may collect it at the registra-tion desk on the day of the event.

On-Campus Accommodation

For the most convenient access to the Symposium venue, participants may consider staying at KU Home, the on-campus accommodation at Kasetsart University, Bangkhen. It is situated within the campus grounds, providing easy access to various faculties and the university’s internal shuttle service.

Off-Campus Accommodation

Kasetsart University's Bangkhen Campus is primarily served by the BTS Sukhumvit Line (Light Green Line). The Kasetsart University BTS Station (N13) provides direct access to the campus via the Phahonyothin entrance.

Participants staying off-campus are strongly advised to look for accommodation along the BTS Light Green Line for the most convenient and predictable commute to the Symposium venue.
